NOT EVERYONE CAN CELEBRATE IT...

America doesn't seem to be well respected across the world. Bush made sure of that. Many countries carry disdain for what we stand for and what we've done in the past, but if you filter out all the ignorance and wipe out all those who bring this country down, this land stands apart from other territories that breed hate and closed minds. On this Fourth of July, I sit back and think of all blessings that an ordinary American citizen has and can only hope that we wake up and pay attention to what really counts. Respect and plain 'ole prosperity is what keeps me wishing upon a star. Everyone deserves a place to live that's free from flying bullets and mass murder. Isn't it about time we get civilized? Let's live up to the essence of our Constitution and stop embarrassing our fore-fathers. Happy Independence Day people.
